Prior to TGS, there were false rumblings that the demo version of Metal Gear Solid 4 that was to be playable at the show was going to be released for download on the PlayStation Store – a rumor that quickly got shot down. But don’t worry, you will get your chance to play the MGS4 demo after all, at some point… In the latest episode in the Kojima Productions Report podcast (session 59), Ryan Payton has revealed that work is set to get underway on an English demo for MGS4. The tight-lipped announcement comes around the 18-minute mark, but other than saying it’s in the works Payton couldn’t speak on any additional details, such as how or when it will be released. At the very end of the report, Payton also announces that the new TGS trailers for MGS4 and Metal Gear Online are headed to the PlayStation Store soon, hopefully with next week’s Thursday upload.
