PSP owners who can hook up to their PCs have a host of new goodies to download from the fledgling PC PlayStation Store. Like the PS3 store, PSone RPG classic Wild ARMs is now available for $5.99, along with the hot new music game Beats priced at $4.99. All five Heavenly Sword animated shorts can be picked up for widescreen PSP viewing as well, in addition to trailers for Uncharted and Ratchet & Clank Future. And finally, Sony delivers some PSP customization fun with a LocoRoco Holiday wallpaper and two wallpapers for Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters. Break out the USB cable, free up some Memory Stick space and start downloading…

I am thrilled they finally got the PC store going … but at this time of the year it is hard to squeeze in five minutes to play classic games with all of the new releases!
Definitely, and it’s only going to get better when Sony gets the direct-to-PSP store access up and running so you don’t have to worry about going through a PC to get the content. It should also lead to a ton of cool sorta casual and indie PSP games too like the PS3 store and XBLA (and hopefully more add-on packs and such). The new downloadable music game Beats is pretty brilliant from what I’ve heard, and a game like echochrome will probably come out as a download title now. The PSP is really coming into its own now, that’s for sure.
Still don’t beat the VC for me. lol
That’s right…I’m STILL not convinced on the PS3. However, all the improvements they are making seem like a very good move for them to reach more of the casual audience, and sales performance on the 40GB model have seen a good increase. Still…I’m sticking with my Nintendo.
Ummm… the PC store has nothing to do with the PS3 lol. It’s for the PSP…
