More great holiday sale prices to tell you about, these ones easy to take advantage of from the convenience of your home PC without the need to camp outside the local Walmart freezing your ass off on Black Friday. Steam’s Early Holiday Sale, aka the “five-day-long one-day-only sale,” is currently underway with some truly amazing deals on some of the year’s finest games and past hits.
The first sale batch, available only for another ~34 hours, includes discounts of 25% on Dragon Age: Origins and 50% off Batman: Arkham Asylum and Champions Online. You can also get the “Fortune’s Edition” of Far Cry 2 (that’s the base game plus DLC) for only $10 and Codemasters’ excellent racer GRID for even cheaper at only $7.49. Prices on the LucasArts Premier Pack and the THQ Complete Pack have been chopped down to $49.99 as well, which are 60% and 50% discounts respectively.
