When the Xbox One was revealed earlier this week, Microsoft’s Xbox press site didn’t immediately update with product assets so there wasn’t much to post other than screen grabs from the live stream and a few official console pics. However, a host of hi-res hardware images and videos have been released since, and after downloading a couple gigabytes worth of files last night I thought you guys might enjoy taking a closer look at the shiny, beveled blackness of the Xbox One console.
On this page you will find a series of hardware videos highlighting the main system specs of the Xbox One console and its two main peripherals, the enhanced Kinect sensor and the evolved controller, with a cool blowout effect that splashes the nuts and bolts of each device across the screen before sucking back together again. Another video demonstrates some of the advanced body tracking capabilities of the redesigned Kinect. And then to cap things off there’s a gallery of Xbox One tech shots.
