As the holiday release season begins to ramp up, there are always a number of high-profile titles that wind up getting the dreaded last-minute delay. It’s already happened here recently with Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and now it’s happening to Army of Two. That’s right folks, EA’s co-op buddy shooter for the PS3 and 360, originally scheduled to ship just a few weeks from now on November 13th, has been pushed back into early 2008. No alarming reasons to get worried about over the delay, EA just wants to add another coat of polish to ensure the game is the best it can be and lives up to the hype and anticipation it has amassed so far. Personally, I’m glad to see the delay to be honest. There are just too many games coming out over the next month or two. Army of Two was bound to get lost in the shuffle.
