Previously listed for an unofficial March 3rd launch, DS action-RPG Avalon Code has now received an official street date from XSEED and Marvelous Entertainment, and it’s actually coming one week later than expected. That’s right, Matrix Software’s latest work of DS RPG artistry is due to ship throughout North America on March 10th.
If you own a Wii, you’ll want to fire it up and click over to the Nintendo Channel where you can find a playable demo up for download for a limited time. You’ll also want to check out the launch trailer if you haven’t already.

Ouch! My wallet HURTS! Stop it already!
The releases won’t be stopping anytime soon. Over the next couple months it looks like there’s going to be at least one or two new RPGs coming out a week between this, Suikoden, a couple games from Squenix and all the Atlus stuff. And that’s just the DS! It’s like the ’08 holiday rush never ended!
So true – I write a quarterly ‘handheld RPG’ article elsewhere and it is already getting large with all of the stuff for the DS … and most of it is pretty solid! This is supposed to be the *slow* period!
avalon code is perfect and story is nice and all finalfantasy serial is nice and Atlus RPGs sooo gooood 😀
