Bastion’s Creators Reveal Next Game

Transistor

Have you been wondering what the guys and gals at Supergiant Games have been up to since releasing indie darling Bastion back in 2011? Well wonder no more!

The unaffiliated successor to Bastion is Transistor, an action-RPG founded on the same core concepts of atmospheric storytelling, beautiful artistry and fast-paced, responsive gameplay, only now in a futuristic, sci-fi setting which centers upon a young girl’s journey to piece together the mysteries surrounding a powerful weapon she claims possession of after nearly being killed by it.

Transistor is due out early next year, but Supergiant is still in the process of determining which platforms to release it on. An early build will be playable at PAX East later this week.
