Eidos has unveiled the Collector’s Edition package it has lined up for the North American release of Batman: Arkham Asylum this summer, and it sure is a sweet-looking bundle of collectibles, as the above product shot so aptly highlights (Right Click, View Image for the full, hi-res shot).

To summarize, the CE pack will contain a real 14″ Batarang (w/ display stand) modeled after Batman’s in-game tool, a 48-page Arkham Doctor’s Journal tucked inside an embossed leather dust jacket, a two-sleeve digi-pack holding the game disc and behind-the-scenes bonus DVD (PS3 bonus disc will be on Blu-ray), a full-color manual, and a voucher code to download the exclusive “Crime Alley” Challenge Map at launch. And all of these goodies will be safely stowed away inside a special Batarang-shaped hard case!

As of yet, Eidos hasn’t announced an official price for the Collector’s Edition, but you can expect it to cost a pretty penny. Amazon.com currently has it listed at $99.99, $40 above the standard edition.
