Become a Consumable Character in Prototype 2

Activision and GameStop are teaming up to give one lucky contestant the opportunity to star in Prototype 2. OK, maybe not a star in the game, but rather a character to be consumed (and possibly tendrilled to death) by the game’s actual star, James Heller.

In the guise of a pre-order promotion, even though a pre-order isn’t required to enter, GameStop’s “Get in the Game” sweepstakes is offering up the chance to win a trip to Vancouver, Canada for a meet and greet with the developers at Radical Studios. Not only that, the lone Grand Prize winner will take part in a photography session, during which his or her face will be scanned and applied to the mug of a consumable character in the game. When Heller consumes another character, he shapeshifts into their likeness. So that means the contest winner should get the chance to play as himself or herself. Oh how fun that would be!

To enter, fill out this registration form. Official rules are available here. You have until September 1st to enter, and, should you win, you must be free to travel around September 30th.
