Appropriate choice of music sets the tone in any good video game trailer, and while I know the show has yet to officially begin and a TON of trailers are still to come, my early vote for Best Music in an E3 2012 Trailer — if there were such an award — goes to Arkane Studios’ first-person action/stealth/assassination game, Dishonored. If you’re a seafaring bloke, you may recognize the melody from the sea shanty Drunken Sailor, only remixed and sung by children in a melancholy tone that’s just plain creepy and awesome. Oh, and the game sure looks kick-ass, too!
