By month’s end, Capcom will launch a multiplayer-only demo for Bionic Commando on Xbox Live. The demo will offer 8-player online Deathmatch action on the game’s skyscraper-filled Vertigo map, a tiny sampling of the full game’s 16 multiplayer maps and mode lineup also set to include Team Deathmatch and Capture the Flag.

No word yet on plans for a single-player demo or a PSN release of the multiplayer demo, but with the game not due out on store shelves for PS3 and Xbox 360 until May 19th there’s still plenty of time to see what happens with those possibilities.

Oh and by the way, Capcom also recently released a new Lab Report trailer showing off some of the Bionic Arm’s basic capabilities. Hit the jump to check it out.
