Blade Kitten Meows for Spring PSN Release

Krome Studios co-founder Steve Stamatiadis created a comic series called Blade Kitten. Krome Studios also happens to be a videogame developer, so obviously a tie-in game was inevitable, right? Right!

Blade Kitten, an action-adventure game starring cat-girl bounty hunter Kit Ballard, is currently in development for a springtime release exclusively on PS3 as a two-part downloadable PSN experience. Spanning 19 levels in all, Blade Kitten promises a “strong narrative, with high-quality cinematics, and a colorful, frenetic visual style, that lends to the pick-up-and-play arcade action.”

The first trailer will be unveiled tonight on Game Trailers TV, but until then here are a few first-look screenshots to sink your claws into.
