Bomberman Retail Explosion: Bomberman Land Ships for Wii and PSP, Bomberman Land Touch! 2 Ships for DS

Bomberman fans, today’s your lucky day! Hudson Entertainment and Konami have announced the official retail launch of new entries in the Bomberman Land series across three platforms. The Wii and PSP get Bomberman Land and the DS gets Bomberman Land Touch! 2, all three versions coming in at a $29.99 MSRP.

All three versions feature single player campaigns and multiplayer modes, with the Wii and PSP versions offering 50 “attractions” and the DS 40. Specific to the Nintendo platforms, Bomberman Land features motion-sensing, stylus and microphone controls for unique interactive games for the Wii and DS versions, respectively. The PSP and DS versions share similar wireless multiplayer modes for up to four players online, with the DS version also offering local play for up to eight players.

“As one of the most recognizable video game franchises in the industry, the Bomberman series has always been known for its fun and addictive gameplay, and these three new installments are no exception,” said John Greiner President and CEO of Hudson Entertainment. Packed with fun attractions, a compelling single-player mode and a competitive multiplayer experience, these new games will keep players coming back for more.”
