Brothers in Arms is Back and More Furious Than Ever

Gearbox is back at it again with another installment in the Brothers in Arms series. A return to the World War II first-person shooter franchise has been expected for some time now, however the new game, subtitled Furious 4, is probably not quite what many of us had in mind.

Instead of going the typical historical war story route with realistic squad-based battles, Furious 4 is taking things in more of an over-the-top direction, emphasizing four-player co-op campaign play, extensive multiplayer competition and, judging from the debut trailer, a silly sense of humor and style akin to Team Fortress.

I’m not sure what to make of this yet, but I have faith in Gearbox — they’ve never let me down before!
