“Endless Ocean is a siren song for adventurers, family gamers and the just plain curious,”says Cammie Dunaway, Nintendo of America’s executive vice president of sales & marketing. “Kids will love meeting and cataloguing all the sea life they meet, while their parents can lose themselves in a seemingly unlimited underwater landscape.”

“Days of Ruin is much more than just a new chapter in the Advance Wars series,” says Cammie Dunaway, Nintendo of America’s executive vice president of sales & marketing. “Our core gamers continue to buzz about the game’s post-apocalyptic storyline, new characters and stylized graphics that bring a totally fresh experience to the series. The focus on strategy beyond raw firepower makes it more rewarding than typical war games.”

Advance Wars: Days of Ruin Trailer and Screens http://www.vgblogger.com/advance-wars-days-of-ruin-trailer-and-screens/1936/ http://www.vgblogger.com/advance-wars-days-of-ruin-trailer-and-screens/1936/#comments Wed, 17 Oct 2007 11:59:43 +0000 http://www.vgblogger.com/?p=1936 At its media summit late last week, Nintendo finally took the wraps off the next Advance Wars installment for the DS, subtitled Days of Ruin. A full disclosure of features is still to come, but as of now I can tell you that it’ll feature new units, Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection online play with voice chat support, upload functionality built into the game’s map designer tool for sharing your map creations with others, and a variety of subtle gameplay tweaks and balances — oh and it’s scheduled to hit retail on January 21, 2008. As you can see in the following trailer and screenshot gallery, Intelligent Systems has also given the game somewhat of a makeover with character designs and overall art style that have a bit more of a realistic edge.
