CDV Announces Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened

CDV USA has announced plans to publish Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened in North America today. Developed by Frogwares, Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened is a fully 3D point-and-click mystery/adventure game that has the world’s most famous fictional detective exploring H.P. Lovecraft’s Cthulhu mythos. I’ve been eagerly waiting to see if this title would indeed come stateside (it released in Europe earlier in the year), so I’m certainly happy to see CDV bringing it over.

Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened is currently pinned down for a September 4th release date. Here are six new screenshots for you to eyeball:
