As promised in a banner tease posted over the weekend, Telltale Games today officially reveals The Walking Dead: Season Two.

Picking up “many months” after the highly praised first season, Season Two will continue the storyline of Clementine, now older and fending for her own life as the lead player character. Choices made in Season One and 400 Days will impact Season Two, while the moral choices players make as Clementine will affect the flow of the story as Season Two unfolds.

The Walking Dead: Season Two will begin later this year and continue into 2014 over the span of five episodes. Episode 1 will appear first on PC/Mac, iOS, PS3, and Xbox 360. Additional versions, which likely means PS4 and Xbox One, will be announced at a later date. The PlayStation Blog has also confirmed that there will once again be a PlayStation Vita version.

If you plan to play The Walking Dead: Season Two on PC/Mac, you can now pre-order the full season pass at the Telltale Online Store or on Steam for $22.49.
