Before Mount & Blade: With Fire & Sword, sequel to Taleworlds’ previous action-RPGs Mount & Blade and Mount & Blade: Warband, charges into battle next week on digital download portals across the Internet, Paradox Interactive today released a free soundtrack packed with 30 tracks from both With Fire & Sword and Warband, all handpicked by the developers. This developer’s choice soundtrack features a wide range of historical period music from composers Jesse Hopkins and Pyotr Salnikov in collaboration with the Moscow State Historical & Ethnographic Theater.

The 58 MB soundtrack is available now at Big Download. We’ll have more coverage on Mount & Blade: With Fire & Sword coming up. But in the meantime feel free to catch up on our previous reviews for the original Mount & Blade and Mount & Blade: Warband, preferably while listening to the soundtrack of course!
