Console Sacred 2 Delayed Again

Sacred 2‘s port to PS3 and Xbox 360 continues to run into delays. For a short time, the console versions were first set to be launched alongside the PC version back in November before being penciled in for a February launch this year. Then March 24th became the target, a launch date that held firm for the past couple months. But sadly, word has come in from CDV today that another delay has been issued and the console ports won’t be shipping next week as projected. Now Sacred 2 won’t make its PS3 and Xbox 360 debut until May 12th. I can only hope this is more of a business move to get the game out of a surprisingly busy release period rather than one brought on by development issues.
