Contest: Halloween Horror Prize Pack Giveaway

It’s Halloween week and we have a bunch of spooky gaming stuff planned from now through Thursday night. Of course it would only be appropriate to kick off the proceedings with a giveaway!

We want to hear a scary story, and we want you to tell us one. It can be about anything. Your favorite horror game of all-time. The scariest moment you’ve experienced during a game. A memorable trick-or-treat moment from your youth. A video game themed costume you’ve made or jack-o’-lantern you’ve carved. Whatever your heart desires, as long as it sticks to the Halloween theme. We aren’t looking for novel-length stories here, just something short and sweet.

Tell us your Halloween tale in the comments (we would love to see pictures as well if you want to show us your costume or pumpkin as an entry) and you will be entered to win our Halloween prize pack of terror featuring a grab bag of recent Steam and PSN titles. The prize pack includes:

– 1 U.S. PlayStation Network code for Deadly Premonition: The Director’s Cut Ultimate Edition from Rising Star Games. (Valued at $29.99.)

– 1 Steam code for Outlast from Red Barrels. (Valued at $19.99.)

– 1 Steam code for Cognition: An Erica Reed Thriller – Season One from Phoenix Online Studios. (Valued at $29.99.)

– 1 Steam code for Teleglitch: Die More Edition from Test3 Projects and Paradox Interactive. (Valued at $12.99.)

– 1 Steam code for The 7th Guest & 11th Hour Bundle from Trilobyte Games and Night Dive Studios. (Valued at $14.99.)

That’s more than $100 worth of horror and murder and mystery, all for one lucky Halloween trick-or-treater. But don’t be too bummed out if you don’t win the grand prize. As a consolation prize, two runners-up will be selected to each receive a U.S. PSN code for Deadly Premonition: The Director’s Cut Ultimate Edition.

You have from now until October 31st at noon EST to submit your entry for our Halloween prize pack giveaway. At that time our grand prize winner and two runners-up will be selected and announced.

Get those entries in now and have a Happy Halloween!
