With today’s start of the annual Steam Summer Sale, we’re kicking off our “Game-a-Day” sweepstakes, where we’ll bring you a new Steam game giveaway for every day of the summer sale. Flippin’ sweet!
The daily giveaways will be timed with Steam’s Daily Deals, meaning every 24 hours at 10AM PST / 1PM EST, we’ll randomly select and announce a winner for the current giveaway and then cycle in a giveaway for another game soon thereafter. Entry will be kept super-simple: Just drop a comment on the contest page, and you’ll be good to go.
For our Day #1 giveaway, we have 3 Steam keys up for grabs for Gun Monkeys, the procedurally–generated 1-on-1 multiplayer deathmatch platformer from Size Five Games. The game is currently available for $8.99, but post a comment on this page and you just might walk away with a copy of the game for free. Gun Monkeys is Trading Cards compatible, so in this case the winners will be able to score a free game and maybe make a few extra pennies on the Steam marketplace to fund additional summer sale purchases.
