Dark Souls II Crown of the Ivory King Issues a Stay of Execution

I hate to kill the vibe of anyone all jazzed up for this week’s scheduled release of Dark Souls II‘s Crown of the Ivory King add-on, but all preparations to die many icy deaths need to be put on hold for another week. The third and final DLC will now be released September 30th on Steam and Xbox Live and October 1st on PSN.

So yeah, that’s kind of a bummer. But at least the delay is only for a week. Crown of the Ivory King sure looks to be worth the extra wait based on the new gameplay footage we previously posted from the Tokyo Game Show. Click the preceding link for a sneak peek.!
