Darksiders Soundtrack Arrives Just in Time for Christmas

A two-disc Director’s Cut release of the official Darksiders soundtrack is now on sale at Amazon, and for less than $15 you get an apocalyptic score of 36 songs and over an hour of music from Vigil Games’ surprise-hit PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 action/adventure epic. I just added it to my own personal Amazon wishlist this morning, and hope to find it waiting for me under the tree come December 25th!

If you don’t care about owning physical CDs and aren’t interested in the collectible packaging artwork, the Director’s Cut soundtrack is also available for digital download in two volumes at ShockHound. The digital version will only set you back $6.99. ShockHound has preview tracks as well, so pay them a visit even if you plan to get the disc version.

Oh yeah- and go play Darksiders if you haven’t already. Damn awesome game — one of my favs of the year!
