Devil May Cry 4 Officially Multi-platform

Devil May Cry 4As has been expected for some time now, Capcom has today officially confirmed that Devil May Cry 4 will be released across multiple platforms, including a simultaneous launch on the PS3 and Xbox 360, followed by a PC release. Capcom is promising that each version will take full advantage of its platform’s strengths to maximize the experience across the board. At this time no launch date details have been released, but we’ll keep you posted as more info comes along.

“Capcom is committed to making its titles available to as wide an audience as possible, and has been building its technology base to meet that goal,” said Mark Beaumont, executive vice president, officer and head of Capcom consumer software publishing in the Americas and Europe. “This announcement means that PS3, Xbox 360 and PC owners worldwide will be able to experience the latest installment of one of Capcom’s pillar franchises.”
