[E3 2008] Oh, Brave: Shaman’s Challenge is a Puzzle Game…

Leading into E3 week, SouthPeak Games announced two new games set to continue off the PS2 action/platformer Brave: The Search for Spirit Dancer: Brave: A Warrior’s Tale for PSP, Wii and Xbox 360 and Brave: Shaman’s Challenge for the DS. I rather enjoyed the original PS2 outing so the news made me very happy. But today, having just watched the trailer for Brave: Shaman’s Challenge, I’m not quite as happy. Having thought A Warrior’s Tale and Shaman’s Challenge would both be action/platformers, I’m disappointed to see that Shaman’s Challenge is really nothing more than a Dr. Mario clone. Not saying the game won’t be good, it’s just not what I was expecting at all.
