[E3 2008] The Conduit Developer Walkthrough and Interview

The crew at High Voltage Software better be careful about over hyping their Wii-exclusive FPS The Conduit. Boldly promising that it’ll be “hands down the best first-person shooter experience on the Wii” and “the most graphically intensive and gameplay intensive game made specifically for the Wii” — phrases you’ll hear at least two or three times in the following developer interview and two-part video walkthrough — is a brave move, one that sets them up to either look totally foolish for biting off more than they could chew or like pure geniuses if the game delivers on all of its promises. Fortunately for them, the game is looking damn cool so far and there’s still plenty of time for it to get even better since it’s not scheduled for release until Q1 ’09 at the earliest.
