[E3 2009] Box Art Alert: Halo 3: ODST Collector’s Pack

Halo_Shock_Bundle_front.jpg Halo 3: ODST will ship in two SKUs this September 22nd, Microsoft announced today. The standard edition will sell at the usual $59.99 and contain two discs: one with the game on it and a second containing 24 multiplayer maps, three of which will be brand new, the rest of which will be all the original Halo 3 maps and those from the Legendary, Heroic, and Mythic map packs. But for $99.99 you will also be able to get the Halo 3: ODST Collector’s Pack. Pictured to the right, the Collector’s Pack bundle contains the aforementioned two-disc game content along with a special edition wireless controller (two pics of just the controller are posted on the jump). Considering the amount of hype that surrounded the original Halo 3, this is probably only the tip of the iceberg as far as special tie-in content for ODST.
