Eidos Teams With Playboy and Fox Interactive for Kane & Lynch Cyber Search

Talk about an odd game promotion. Eidos has sent out word today regarding a partnership it has made with Playboy and Fox Interactive Media for a promo contest in anticipation of Kane & Lynch: Dead Men. Under the partnership, IGN.com, Playboy and MySpace.com will be conducting a cyber search “to find the perfect girl who can best evoke Kane and Lynch’s dangerous vibe,” with the grand prize winning hottie banking $25,000 and a test Playboy photo shoot. Not quite sure what finding a dangerously sexy girl has to do with promoting a brutal crime drama, but maybe there’s more to the game than we know about yet…

Candidate photo submissions and votes for the cyber search are now being taken at kaneandlynch.ign.com. As for Kane & Lynch: Dead Men, it’s scheduled to ship in North America on November 20th for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.
