Enemy Territory: Quake Wars Goes Next-Gen

Enemy Territory: Quake WarsAs many have already suspected before now, id Software and Activision have today confirmed that the highly-anticipated PC game Enemy Territory: Quake Wars is now also in development for the PS3 and Xbox 360 next-gen consoles. With Splash Damage handling the PC version, two different teams have been brought in to work on each of the console releases, all under the executive production of id Software of course. Nerve Software is developing the 360 version while Z-Axis is hard at work bringing along the PS3 version. Hopefully they all live up to the hype.

“We’re pleased to be working with Nerve and Z-Axis to bring the highly-anticipated gameplay from Enemy Territory: QUAKE Wars to the Xbox 360 and PLAYSTATION 3 system,” said Todd Hollenshead, CEO, id Software.
