Just a bit ago I received this odd message from Capcom PR:

If you look closely, sticking out in the middle of all those “It came from Kijuju” lines is a link for www.residentevil.com/kijuju. Looking over the site and reading on the Capcom boards, its seems to be some kind of viral community sharing site for Resident Evil 5. Upon entering the Kijuju site you are greeted by the page pictured above with your mouse pointer serving as a candle to search the wall for hidden messages. By discovering the hidden messages and then sharing them with your friends you can unlock special RE5 content like brand new videos, screenshots and game info, and then once the community reaches 100,000 total views a section with even more content will unlock. So check it out and work together with the RE community for some sweet RE5 goodies. Also feel free to post your findings in the comments.
