Enter the Gungeon Reloads With Free Supply Drop DLC

Putting to shame most other developers and publishers that nickel and dime gamers with downloadable content of minimal substance and value, Dodge Roll Games and Devolver Digital have launched a massive Supply Drop update package for bullet hell roguelike dungeon crawler Enter the Gungeon. And it’s all free, baby.

The Supply Drop DLC, which drops today for PC and will be out next week for PlayStation 4, adds almost 200 new rooms to the Gungeon, while treating brave Gungeoneers to 33 new guns and items, 7 new enemy types, a new third floor boss, new NPC and companions, a challenge mode, and more. Also included is traditional update-y kind of stuff, like bug fixes and balance tweaks, plus the long awaited option to save and quit between floors (hallelujah!).

Alongside the update, Enter the Gungeon is currently on sale at 50% off as part of the Steam Weekend Deal. Both veteran and newcomer Gungeoneers will also be delighted to hear that Dodge Roll is now moving on to work on a full expansion to release either late 2017 or early 2018.
