EverQuest 9th Anniversary Video

Oh EverQuest, it’s hard to believe it’s been nine years (as of this past weekend) since you launched and instantly began to suck away most of my high school years. If it wasn’t for your awful corpse rotting system I’d probably still be playing to this day, but after losing all my high-level gear on a botched raid way back when I just had to call it quits and move on to bigger and better things, like Lord of the Rings Online and, of course, EverQuest 2.

This anniversary tribute video sure does bring back fond memories of my many adventures in the early days of Norrath, and seeing how the game has evolved does tempt me to jump back in to see what all has changed since last I played. But alas, that’s just not going to happen. Maybe for the 10th anniversary, though, who knows…
