Evolve’s Xbox One Exclusive Open Beta Begins in January

2K and Turtle Rock Studios have reaffirmed their commitment to making Xbox One the primary destination for 4-v-1 competitive co-op FPS, Evolve, confirming that Microsoft’s new-gen console will offer an exclusive open beta test beginning January 2015. This news comes on top of the announcement at E3 pledging to release all downloadable content first on Xbox One as part of a timed exclusivity agreement. The game will also be released on PC and PS4, and all three platform launches are scheduled to go down on February 10, 2015.

New gameplay footage has been released introducing the Distillery map. Watch along as hunters Hyde the Assault, Lazarus the Medic, Hank the Support, and Griffin the Trapper brave the artic terrain and wildlife on the trail of the mighty Kraken!
