Far Cry 2 Goes Gold, Let the Countdown to Next Week’s Launch Begin!

Exactly one week left to go before Far Cry 2 launches at retailers nationwide. Ubisoft’s PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 sequel to Crytek’s highly-acclaimed 2004 FPS has officially gone gold today and is all set to begin shipping out on October 21st across all three platforms, joining other major releases like LittleBigPlanet, Fable II, BioShock PS3 and Wii Music on one of the biggest shipping days of the year. The console versions will each cost $60, the PC version $50.
