Far Cry 3 Insanity Creeps Into Minecraft

Man, gaming crossovers are popping up every where these days. The latest pair to join forces: Far Cry 3 and the unstoppable force that is Minecraft.

On October 26th, a free Far Cry 3 themed map and texture pack will be released for the PC version of Minecraft via the Far Cry official website. This pack will bring Far Cry 3 characters, locales, weapons and tools into the blocky Minecraft universe, where players will fight the insanity and scour the islands, modded by Michael Lambert (Sacr3, creator of Newcraft City), for more than 50 secret Easter Eggs.

Will we also be seeing Minecraft Easter Eggs in Far Cry 3 when it launches December 4th on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360? Ubisoft’s not saying right now, but I’m betting so.
