Fight for Survival in the Darksiders II Crucible Arena Mode

Brand new to Darksiders II, launching tomorrow for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 and sometime in the future for Wii U, is an arena survival mode known as the Crucible.

In the Crucible, players will confront up to 100 waves of increasingly difficult battle scenarios, with opportunities every five waves to reset progress for a random prize or continue fighting on at the risk of losing everything earned up to the moment of your untimely demise. New challenges will become available in the Crucible as progress is made in the main campaign, but experience gained while fighting in the arena does not carry over to the campaign.
