Early last week, 2K Sports quietly unveiled MLB 2K8 Fantasy All-Stars, a sort of DS casual offshoot to its latest 2008 edition in the MLB 2K baseball franchise. With the introductory announcement, I was provided with a bunch of first-look media to share with you, including four gameplay videos, 70+ screenshots and box art, and share away I shall! Chew on this massive gallery first.
Currently due out on April 14th, MLB 2K8 Fantasy All-Stars will feature all 30 MLB teams, exhibition and tournament modes, a fun collection of training mini-games, a unique cartoony graphical style, fantasy-themed stadiums, special performance power ups and intuitive touch screen controls for pitching, batting, fielding and baserunning. Check out these clips to get an idea of how it’ll play.
