While some super-tiny Okami Wii screenshots surfaced last week, today we finally get to see the Wii version in full size with Capcom issuing the first batch of screenshots (28 total) in true 480p widescreen. Looking back at some screenshots from the PS2 version, these Wii screens don’t seem to have the same vibrancy, and they also look kinda blurry. I guess seeing it in motion will be the only way to notice the 480p difference, as I’m sure not seeing it with these. The game was already a treat for the eyes, though, so it’s not like it really matters. The smoother Wii Remote celestial brush controls are the main draw, at least for me.
