Fishing Resort Launch Trailer

Fishing Resort, the new open world vacation fishing adventure from XSEED Games and Yuji Naka’s Prope studio, is in stores this week for Nintendo Wii starting at just $19.99 for the standalone game. $29.99 gets you the game and a fishing rod peripheral. An early copy showed up in the mail over the weekend and I’ve been able to squeeze in a few quick hours. So far I’m pleasantly surprised by how fun and varied the fishing activities have been and by how large the world is. It’s like a fishing RPG!

I’ll be heading out of town later in the week for Thanksgiving, but plan on diving back in to work up a full review for next week as soon as I return. Until then, cast your eyes upon the new launch trailer.
