FYI: Demon’s Souls North American Servers Go Live October 6th

Atlus USA’s PS3 RPG Demon’s Souls comes out next week on October 6th. The game’s North American servers will also go live on October 6th.

For us normal folk, that was a given. But come on, you know how the Internet works. Someone will undoubtedly wind up getting an early copy, go to play the game, find that they can’t get online, and then hop on the Net and troll around some forums bitching and moaning at Atlus about how the online play is broken. It’s funny because it’s true!

Well, Atlus is being proactive here, asking us to help pass the word around to ensure everyone knows the servers won’t be live until launch day. So if you do just so happen to find yourself able to snag an early copy, remember to sit tight until October 6th. Until then, we better not catch anyone complaining!

I’ll check back in with my full review of the game next week. See you then!
