GameFly Gets East Coast Distribution Center

GameFlyIf you’ve been reading this site over the past six months, you’ll know that most of us here are big fans of GameFly. With the number of titles they have across every system currently being sold, it’s a great way to try out a bunch of games while keeping your costs in check.

The only problem I ever had with the service was that they only had one distribution center in California. Being in Michigan, this meant that my games would take between two to four days to reach me. Fortunately GameFly is expanding its operations and opening a new distribution hub in Pittsburg, PA so that us here on the east side of the U.S. won’t have to wait as long for new rentals. Current subscribers will be moved over slowly to the new hub as operations get smoothed over and the new staff learns the ropes of the shipping business.
