Hail to the Chimp Confirmed for PS3 and 360

Gamecock has nailed down the platform(s) and release date on another one of its upcoming titles today, announcing that Wideload Games’ “politically charged” multiplayer party game Hail to the Chimp will be released for the PS3 and Xbox 360 in Spring 2008.

”No one has attempted to bring an over-the-top party game like Hail to the Chimp to next-gen consoles, much less one with biting political satire,” said Rick Stults, Console Chief for Gamecock Media Group. ”Keeping with its reputation, Wideload is going to give gamers something truly original.”

A new trailer and some new screenshots and artwork were also presented with today’s announcement:
