Following up on the million-plus-download success of Halo 3‘s Heroic Map Pack from late last year, Microsoft and Bungie are coming back for more with the Legendary Map Pack, which as has been announced this week will hit the Xbox Live Marketplace on April 15th at a cost of 800 Microsoft Points. Additional Forge options and three new maps will be introduced in the add-on, including the mid-sized, Team Slayer-ideal Ghost Town map, Avalanche, a massive, vehicle oriented map paying tribute to Sidewinder from the original Halo, and another mystery map that has yet to be revealed (though Bungie is saying it’s going to be “another returning classic” and that “fans of smaller Slayer maps” should be excited).
