Now that House of the Dead: Overkill has gone gold and is readying for retail go time on February 10th, Sega is eager to get fans pre-ordering the Wii light-gun shooter. To entice consumers into sinking their money into the title ahead of time, Sega, in partnership with GameStop and Amazon.com, is offering a 32-page limited edition graphic novel as a pre-order bonus gift. The graphic novel is said to be a prequel filling in the stories of Agent Washington and Varla Gunns on the night before the events that take place in the game. Only different between retailers is it seems like the Amazon novel is a digital copy while the GameStop version is a physical book, at least that’s how the descriptions make it sound at the respective retailer sites.
