Insecticide Update: Release Date Changed, Pre-Order Goodie Unveiled, New Trailers and Screenshots Released

Big day of Insecticide news here. First and foremost, the game’s release date, originally slated for February 12th, has now been pushed to February 26th, and on that date both the DS version and the first bisodic downloadable PC episode will be released simultaneously.

With a ship date now set, Gamecock and Crackpot Entertainment have announced a pre-order program in anticipation of the big release. Starting now, gamers who pre-order Insecticide at EB Games/GameStop will receive a special limited edition 16-page art book (pictured above) packed with 9” x 7” full-color artwork and exclusive access to additional online content including screenshots, more artwork, trailers and even a digital copy of the complete strategy guide. The art books are said to be in “extremely limited” supply, so if you want one you better get out there and pre-order ASAP.

And to close out this super-sized Insecticide update, here are two new trailers — one for the DS version, one for the PC version — and a small batch of the latest DS screenshots. Enjoy away!
