Never having owned the original Xbox, I’ve always regretted missing out on the Kingdom Under Fire series, as I’ve always heard a lot of great things about both previous titles, The Crusaders and Heroes. But with the next installment, Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom, on its way to the Xbox 360, it won’t be long until I finally have a chance to see what the series is all about.

And when I say it won’t be long, I mean it. Per an update I received from Microsoft earlier this morning, Kingdom Under Fire: Circle of Doom‘s global ship dates have been locked in. Japan, Australia/New Zealand and Asia get the game first on December 13th. Less than a month later, it’ll land on store shelves in North America (US, Canada and Latin America) on January 8, 2008. And bringing up the rear, as usual, the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions will fill their shops with the game on February 1st. Now that you know the dates, go mark your calendars.
