LEGO Gears of War is Better Than the Real Thing

Gears of War doesn’t do a whole lot for me. Don’t get me wrong: All three games are incredibly well designed and the curb stomping and cover-based shooting couldn’t be any more satisfying. But the roid rage frat boy attitude, the unlikable characters, and the paper thin stories? That’s where they lose me. Fortunately, none of that matters in the worlds of machinima and stop motion LEGO animation.

This video, titled ‘Bricks of War’, has been spreading around the Internet like wild fire this week, so you may have seen it already. If so, this is your chance to watch it again (and again, and again…). If not, it’s time to see what you’ve been missing. Lock ‘n load, folks, and get ready for two minutes of incredible Gears of War LEGO mayhem!
