Meet Scarlett and Finn at Blackwood Crossing in April

PaperSeven’s fascinating story-driven adventure Blackwood Crossing has received final launch dates for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The game will be out first on PS4 beginning April 4th. Then the next day, April 5th, PC and Xbox One gamers will be able to get their surrealist narrative fix.

Blackwood Crossing has been at the top of my most wanted list since it was revealed last summer, but for those just being introduced to the title it is a first-person adventure game that delves into the relationship of brother and sister orphans Finn and Scarlett as Scarlett’s maturation as a teenager begins to chip away at the strong bond they once shared. Adding an air of haunting mystery, the tale unfolds during a magical voyage aboard a moving train populated by passengers wearing strange animal masks.

In a recent post on its development blog, PaperSeven discusses how the team approached the sibling bond between Finn and Scarlett. It’s an interesting read so you’ll definitely want to check that out. Peek below for a pair of new screenshots.
