Model kit manufacturer Kotobukiya has launched pre-orders for a new mini character set based on Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes, listed to begin shipping in February.

Priced at $34.99, the Ground Zeroes model kit contains 70 pieces, including characters, weapons, and other accessories, designed at a 1/35 scale. The product page doesn’t itemize a specific list of components, but based on the images the kit appears to feature character models for Snake (in three variations), Skull Face, Chico, and a couple generic guards, as well as accessories like a cassette tape, night vision goggles, C4 detonator, and a small arsenal of assault rifles.

I’ve been on a bit of a toy collecting binge lately, so I may just have to bite on this. The paint detailing on the characters looks pretty impressive for such small figures. Plus, I’m a sucker for all things Metal Gear. I’ll definitely post up a review if I end up getting a kit.
