In the past we have seen what games like BioShock and Skyrim could potentially look like if they were adapted into children’s books. Those are ideas that are fun to dream about, but will never actually happen.
Not so in the case of Might and Delight’s latest game Shelter. M&D didn’t get caught up on what-ifs and maybes, they have followed through with a real digital children’s book interpretation of the game titled “The Circle”. What game is better suited to a kid’s story book than one about a momma badger taking care of her cubs and teaching them how to survive in the harsh wilderness? The concept alone is open to so many potential life lessons.
“The Circle” is a quick 13 pages that should make for good story time reading/viewing material when it’s time to put the kids to bed. Heck, I enjoyed it as an adult. Well, I enjoyed the beautiful artwork and more just casually read over the text.
